Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy below for more information.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in the original condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including: Swimwear, Jewellery, etc..
- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team at Info@eystanstudios.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
- Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation with the RA number.
- Ship the return package using a traceable carrier (e.g. Royal mail, Evri and Yodel). We recommend purchasing insurance for the item in case it’s lost or damaged during return shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- For returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
- If the item is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we may charge a restocking fee or reject the return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Info@eystanstudios.com with your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, repair, or refund.
Order Cancellations
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You can, however, initiate a return once your item arrives.
